Terms of service

The service
Social Cross lets you compose, schedule and publish posts to social platforms you connect (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn) through their official APIs. Platform availability depends on each platform's API access and review status and may change.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the content you schedule and for having the rights to publish it. One person per account; you must be old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to post content that is unlawful or that violates the terms of the platforms you post to (spam, deceptive engagement, scraping, etc.). Each platform enforces its own rules and rate limits; posts that a platform rejects will show as failed in your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the platform APIs.
Subscription & billing
The service is offered as a monthly subscription with a free trial, billed through Stripe. Monthly usage limits (scheduled posts, AI generations) are shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party APIs we don't control. Access tokens expire and sometimes must be reconnected; platforms may throttle, reject or remove content, or change their APIs. We are not responsible for platform-side failures, though the scheduler retries transient errors automatically.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost content.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
